CLINICAL MIDDLE-EAR ANALYZER
Made By: Grason-Stadler Inc.
Your Comprehensive Middle-Ear Testing Solution

The GSI TympStar is setting a new standard for clinical middle-ear testing... a standard that had been established by its predecessor, the GSI-33. The TympStar builds on the sophistication, functionality and flexibility of the GSI 33, offering unparalleled testing capabilities.
Tympanometry
Acoustic-reflex threshold
Reflex decay
Eustachian tube function

TympStar Improved features
Versatility Is the Key
The TympStar comes pre-programmed with a series of default parameters for each test mode. As your testing needs change, however, the TympStar also allows you to easily alter test parameters through its Program Mode. You can even automate a desired test sequence. By using the Program Mode, the TympStar also makes it possible for multiple operators to program their own default parameters for tympanometry and reflex-threshold testing.

Comprehensive Testing Made Simple
The TympStar's ergonomically designed control panel allows you to select a test protocol by simply pressing a single button, and its large screen makes for easy viewing of test parameters, possible alternatives and test results. The high-speed printer generates reports in concise graphical or tabular formats that are easy to read. TympStar options include a VGA monitor for displaying test results, an external printer that produces test results in a larger format, and a keyboard for entering patient information. The TympStar also offers several options for managing and archiving data, including:

Internal memory for storing up to 26 test results
Standard RS 232
Multilingual display, instrument controls and printout

The TympStar's ergonomically designed control panel allows you to easily administer tests.
GSI 39 Auto Tymp
Made By: Grason-Stadler Inc.
The GSI 39 Auto Tymp provides a flexible, screening product
for tympanometry, acoustic reflex measurements and
audiometry to meet your testing needs today and in the
future. It is available in 5 different versions. Choose the
features needed today and upgrade easily to the additional
features as your needs grow in the future. These upgrades can
be done in your facility by your local GSI authorized distributor.
In addition, each version can also provide the option of 1 kHz
testing capability for tympanometry (version 5 only) and
tympanometry/ reflexes (version 1 through 4). The addition of
1 kHz allows tympanometry and tympanometry/reflex testing
on babies under 6 months of age. This is a helpful tool when
isolating the likely cause of a “refer” from a newborn hearing
screening program.

AT235 Diagnostic Impedance Audiometer
Made By: Interacoustics
AT235/AT235h Diagnostic Impedance/Screening Audiometer
Made By: Interacoustics
The AT235 is an automatic middle ear analyzer ideal for diagnostic and screening evaluations. Test batteries of the AT235 include standard tympanometry, Manual or Automatic ipsilateral and contralateral acoustic reflex and reflex decay, Eustachian tube function test and air conduction audiometry. Standard Combination probe allows quick changes between a full clinical type probe system to a Hand Held Screening type probe
Automated tympanometry may be combined with 2 programmable reflex test batteries. Further manual reflex testing is available for more tests or to confirm/modify automated reflex results. The AT235 allows 78 reflex tests per ear to be stored and printed. The addition of high frequency probe tones to optimize tympanometry testing of infants is available with the AT235h model.
AT235h extended
The AT235h version provides additionally high frequency probe tones (678, 800, 1000 Hz) and manual pump control. It also includes a further ETF test for perforated eardrums.
Computer integration
Full computer integration via Diagnostic Suite makes it easy to transfer test data.
Diagnostic Audiometer/Impedance AA222/AA222h
Made By: Interacoustics
The AA222 is the most comprehensive combination of middle ear analyzer and diagnostic audiometer available. It combines all of the diagnostic middle ear analyzer tests found on the AT235 and most of the features available on our popular AD229E/AD629E diagnostic audiometers, complete Air/Bone/Speech testing. Dual Calibration for Inserts/Earphones eliminates correction factors for either transducer used.
With the AA222 you can easily obtain a tympanogram on crying children or difficult to test patients as well as produce tympanograms with high peak resolution without sacrificing test time. Standard Combination probe allows quick changes between a full clinical type probe system to a Hand Held Screening type probe.
The AA222 has several other features that make it easy to use. With the push of one button you can extend the pressure range from +300 daPa to –600 daPa. With the push button on the probe, you can switch between left or right ears, and initiating the test. Another button labeled »child« automatically produces a moving choo-choo train as a visual distracter for the child.
The AA222h provides additional testing capabilities:
Perforated ear drum ETF test, Manual pump control for Impedance and Reflex tests, High Frequency Probe Tones for testing infants/children.
Computer integration
Full computer integration via Diagnostic Suite makes it easy to transfer test data.
